Cloud Operations Engineer - Navi @ Safran Engineering

Job Description

- Design, implement and operate the Platform with a focus on security, networking policy, service routing, high availability, observability with a gitops oriented model

- Support infrastructure and hosted applications (Incident, Changes, Requests, Release, etc)

- Resolve and troubleshoot incidents and problems

- Implement changes and request according to Service Level agreements

- Ensure proper health of the cloud platform with Monitoring and Eventing

- Plan regular testing of operational processes (Backup, Restore, DRP, etc)

- Create Runbook to automate and resolve incident quickly

- Monitor capacity and performance on the platform

Role & responsibilities

AWS Compute Services (EC2, RDS, EKS, ECS, Cloudwatch, lambda, etc), AWS Network Services (Transit Gateway, VPC, Subnet, Security Groups, etc)

Gitlab & Gitlab-CI

Terraform, Nexus, SonarQube

OS (Linux & Windows)

Databases (PostgreSQL, etc)

Container and Container Orchestration (Openshift, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS) Centreon Ticketing Tools (Service Now)
