Maintain inventory of technology devices. Manage the IT Operations, Reviewing and improvise to established operating policies on IT Software. Leads a team of IT support engineers and ensure team is motivated at all time. Prepare and ensure all IT infrastructure documents are maintained and up to date. Ensure processes are followed as per the IT process and policies.
Reviewing performance of various IT solutions provided for the business. Serve as a departmental role model or mentor. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees. Collaborate with projects team and provide support to implement IT infrastructure for current / upcoming Hospital rollout. Provide day to day IT support and ensure smooth operation at the stores with assistance from a team of support engineer.
Provide support to test and deploy business applications
