Java Lead - Gurgaon - Kellton Tech Solutions

In-depth hands on experience in areas of
technologies like Java, Spring Boot,
Webservices, Hibernate, Messaging queues,
NoSQL databases, streams, AWS cloud.
At least 2-3 years of team lead experiences in
design & development of complex
applications using , Java frameworks, AWS
cloud, APIs, RDBMS (Oracle), NoSQL.
Have strong experience to integrate with
third party Web interface and services.
Have strong ability to trouble shoot the Web
Systems
Application of multiple design patterns,
enterprise integration patterns
Experience in addressing scalability &
performance tuning of applications
Familiarity with platform authentication
patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) is a plus
Must have utilized Continuous Integration &
Delivery tools/practices such as Jenkins in
developing and releasing software
End to End designing of applications with
backend integration
Passionate Problem Solver
"Can do attitude", self-driven with sound
communication & articulation skills
Familiarity with Containerization platforms is
a plus
Previous working experience in an IoT based
application is a plus

Key Responsibilities:    

In-depth Technical lead capability of covering
applications, data and platforms
Define best practices & Guidelines for various
development teams on Java ,and other open
source technologies, APIs etc.
Follow and help define coding standards. Lead
code reviews during projects to ensure quality and
appropriate design patterns are followed
Conduct detailed technical design and overarch
implementation
Review of artefacts including code, manage
technical debt and ensure optimal technical
quality
Evaluating and implementing new frameworks,
tools as part of projects
Keep technology stack refreshed
Provide technical expertise in
