Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    Inbound Calls:

    • Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Provide accurate information about wellness products, services, and health-related queries.
    • Resolve customer concerns and complaints.
    • Offer guidance on health and wellness solutions.

    Outbound Calls:

    • Follow up with clients for feedback and service updates.
    • Inform clients about new products, promotions, and wellness programs.
    • Maintain and track call lists for efficient follow-ups.

    Communication Skills:

    • Use a pleasant voice and clear articulation to create a positive experience for customers.
    • Listen actively and tailor responses according to customer needs.
    • Keep communication professional and customer-focused.

    Record Keeping and Reporting:

    • Accurately document customer interactions.
    • Report customer feedback and recurring issues to improve services.

    Product and Service Knowledge:

    • Stay updated with wellness and health products, services, and industry trends.
    • Share accurate information with customers.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with other departments to maintain a smooth workflow.
    • Participate in team meetings and training to improve skills.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: High School diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).
    • Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent verbal communication with a professional and pleasant voice.
      • Proficiency in English.
      • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
      • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.
      • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
    • Personal Traits: Empathetic, patient, proactive in problem-solving.

    Working Schedule:

    • Monday to Sunday (with one day off between Monday to Friday).
    • Working hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
