Should have good knowledge and hands on experience in deploying, configuring, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux based servers Storage products and Enterprise back-up solutions Working with vendors to isolate and resolve hardware problems. Adequate knowledge and experience in Virtual Infrastructure administration (VMware). Hardware deployments, software upgrades Experience of working with customer management and presenting solutions to complex issues. Ability to analyze complex information. Work experience in any of the ITSM tools like Manage Engine, Jira, ServiceNow etc. Comprehensive and clear MIS reporting Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or similar IT courses.
