The Opportunity | Director/Sr Director Talent Acquisition In this role, you will engage in the market as an industry expert for Talent Acquisition focused on helping us continue building our presence and attract best talent who can help to keep up our standards. A key objective is to manage multiple stakeholders along with coming up with new strategies for bulk hiring. You will be tactical and thoughtful, engaging potential stakeholders keeping organization's long-term strategy and operations in mind. This can only be done effectively by having that intimate knowledge and experience into Talent Acquisition in BPO space. The Responsibilities Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans for bulk hiring to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Lead a team of recruiters and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure recruitment goals are met. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and priorities, and develop tailored recruitment plans accordingly. Utilize various recruitment channels and methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source candidates. Oversee the candidate selection process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and making job offers for bulk hiring. Manage the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Monitor recruitment metrics and performance indicators, analyse trends, and implement improvements to optimize the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and talent acquisition. Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. The Qualifications Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience of 12-15 years in recruitment, with a focus on high-volume hiring within a BPO or similar industry. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
