- Job Description: Business Head (Accounting & Finance) PR Agency Location: Andheri, Mumbai Industry: Public Relations Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Head with a strong background in accounting and finance to lead our financial and operational functions. The ideal candidate will manage key financial processes, ensure compliance, and drive strategic decision-making while coordinating effectively across teams. Key Responsibilities: Financial Oversight: Manage and oversee the organizations accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) to maintain financial health and statutory compliance. Contracts & Documentation: Draft, review, and finalize client contracts and employee agreements. Negotiate terms and ensure favorable outcomes for the organization. Coordination & Negotiation: Act as a central point of coordination across departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners. Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to all legal, financial, and regulatory requirements. Strategic Leadership: Manage cash flow and oversee the effective utilization of funds. Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance. Preferred Candidate Profile: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred. Proven experience in accounting, finance, and contract management. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
