Overview THE ROLE: We are looking for Sr. Manager, India Digital Lead who will be a part of the EMEAI Digital Office. The role will represent digital in business strategy meetings, support Managing director, leadership team with the digital commercial perspective required to drive the digital agenda & support the business to grow. This role will ensure that digital initiatives prioritised deliver the highest business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial and digital background and the ability to foster relationships that drive alignment and open communication. How You Would Contribute Commercial Strategic Support: Partners with India leadership team & stakeholders to determine the commercial value, challenging demands & requests of individual market needs, ensuring standardization & provoking simplification. Act as single point of contact for requests to the Digital Office for India. Work with the requestor & relevant stakeholders to ensure that the request is fully understood and documented for further review. Collaborate with the requestor to document the business impact & quantify the commercial/quantifiable benefits as well as success metrics and methods for tracking realization Collaborate with necessary technology partners to evaluate feasibility of request(ie. Which systems, processes etc. which would be impacted) Collaborate with necessary partners to track status of requests, supporting where necessary. Stakeholder management to keep stakeholders informed of the process, status of requests Following implementation tracking progress on realization of benefits feeding into overall EMEAI commercial realization framework. Digital Office Advocate: Represent digital in DS leadership meetings where relevant to gather feedback, understand root causes of issues, ideate & strategize solutions that would support the business further & is aligned with the digital strategy. Act as an advocate for local distributors and internal stakeholders in India to understand and communicate their unique needs and challenges to Digital Office Team. Deeply understand problem statements & partner with product design teams during discovery phases to ensure solution proposed is meeting business needs & expected outcome. Skills SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Strong business and commercial acumen Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders Strong clear communication skills Understanding user behavior, preferences, and pain points Ability to identify, clarify and promote the best value-delivering opportunities for digital investments. Demonstrated skills regarding influence, persuasion, communication, finance and organizational change. Comfort with asking challenging and difficult questions to business and functional leaders. Comfortable Communicating & Presenting to senior leadership. Solid Digital background & ability to translate problems into opportunities. Experience 8+ years of IT and business / industry work experience Herbalife Experience would be advantageous Preferable have experience in discovery of Digital Products Digital Analytics & Business Commercial Experience Education BA/BS in MIS, Business or equivalent experience.,
