Job Description
- This role is responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle, ensuring successful MES deployment, and aligning it with business and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MES solutions, SAP integration, project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Execution: Lead end-to-end MES implementation projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. Drive project governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution excellence. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Work closely with IT, manufacturing, supply chain, and business units to align project objectives. Coordinate with MES vendors, SAP teams, and external partners for successful system integration. Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical teams. MES & SAP Integration Oversight: Oversee the integration of MES with SAP (PP, QM, MM) and shop floor systems. Ensure seamless data flow between MES, SAP, and other enterprise systems. Address technical and operational challenges in system deployment. Process Optimization & Compliance: Define best practices for MES usage to enhance production efficiency. Ensure MES implementation aligns with industry regulations (e.g., GMP, FDA, ISO). Drive change management, process improvement, and training initiatives. Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot integration challenges and escalate critical issues when necessary. Ensure compliance with IT security, data integrity, and business continuity standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Business Management, or related field. 7+ years of project management experience in MES implementation and SAP integration. Strong expertise in MES platforms (e.g., SAP MII, Rockwell FTPC, Siemens Opcenter, PTC ThingWorx). Experience in SAP PP, QM, MM, or PM for manufacturing execution. Proven track record in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in manufacturing, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods industries.,
