Job Description

Experience - 5 to 8 years Role - Business Excellence Location - Pune (In office) Lead and execute business improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable benefits. Conduct process benchmarking and deep dives to identify improvement opportunities. Facilitate TBEM application writing, site visits, and timely closure of identified actions. Develop and implement a robust Voice of Customer (VOC) framework across sales and delivery. Set up and lead the Voice of Customer Council for actionable customer insights. Drive organizational innovation through initiatives like Inno Vista, Ideas Hackathon, and Innovent. Identify and implement monetization opportunities for innovation initiatives for business benefit realization Promote knowledge management by leveraging Tata Group best practices and benchmarking. Specialized job competencies: Thorough understanding and hands-on experience of working in Automotive Engineering Services and engineering/manufacturing quality. Hands on experience to drive the culture of improvement through Kaizen/Six Sigma/Innovation Other desired attributes: Good Communication, Interpersonal & Coordination Skills Strong analytical skills and process orientation Flexibility to meet stretch timelines and goals Analyzing the annual reports and putting together the learnings,
