Store Operations:
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Supervise opening and closing procedures.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.

Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits to minimize shrinkage and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock orders and deliveries.

Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and complaints.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver a high standard of service.

Sales & Targets:
- Achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize product placement and promotions.

- Lead and motivate the store team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Schedule and manage shifts to ensure adequate staffing at all times.

Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and stock movements.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in retail store operations or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
