Job Description

In this role, you will chip in to optimizing accounting practices, simplifying the period-end close, driving innovation in financial reporting and compliance, and improving the overall financial health of our customers" businesses. By collaborating closely with application developers, quality assurance teams, release management, and support teams throughout the product lifecycle, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions that make financial reporting seamless and more efficient. Requirements: Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or Post Graduate/Doctorate) in Finance and Accounting or Economics or Computer Science.Financial educational background is very much desirable. The successful applicant should have in-depth understanding of financial flows and business processes involved in finance management. Additional professional certifications such as CA/CMA/CFA/MBA will be an added advatageExperience in SaaS Enterprise Resource Planning product management, consulting, or finance operations. Other qualifications: Experience in SaaS Enterprise Performance Management. Prior experience of handling people / teamsStrong analytical abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to thrive in fast paced environment and learn quickly.Desire to work in a cross-functional, co-located team environment.Demonstrate an excellent understanding of standard word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications.Experience of working in an Agile environment with a strong understanding of the Scrum framework and principles. Ability to train/coach/adopt teams to adopt continuous delivery practices and lean/agile methodologies.Experience in developing cloud products with strong understanding of Cloud native application patterns, CI/CD, DevOps.Experience in using Data analysis to derive product and business insights for driving product design and strategy.Experience in designing modern customer experience with exposure to Information architecture, Interaction design, user persona identification and modelling etc.Experience in digital customer experience, digital product management.
