Job Description

Solicits new business through bank
Cross-sells and up-sells HDFC products to the bank's customer base
Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit that is made to customer
Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities
Strict adherence to organization's policies and processes.
Demonstrate competence in target marketing to specific prospects
Good influencing and negotiation skills.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position):
1 year to 5years of work experience in direct sales(sales background).
Should be a Graduate with sales background.
