JD:

Achieve targeted business results in the Banca-HDFC bank through effective implementation of the National strategy into Operational effectiveness. Provide development, via training & coaching, & be a motivational leader to your team. Ensure the raising of performance standards & work effectively with all HDFC SL employees becoming an effective & valued be a resource to our Company. Prime objective is to provide excellent customer service and use the model to achieve business numbers.

The role has a team of CSM's (Corporate Sales Managers) reporting to him.Strong in processes and Banca relationships.

Required Candidate profile

Bancassurance/BFSI/LI knowledge of 4-5 yrs 4-5 Yrs team handling experience in bacassurance is must.

candidates from other insurance companies whose are handling team handling can apply.

INSURANCE BANCASSURANCE TEAM HANDLING EXPERIENCE IS MUST.
