Job Description:

• Prepare session plan, training content & identifying training resources

• Keep record of class attendance & monitor class progress

• Conduct theory & practice sessions along with field visits

• Submit all reports timely to center head and HO

• communicate timely with center manager and HO

• Effective delivery of training both theoretical and practical.

• Ensuring the 100% attendance of the batch

• Ensuring the optimum number of passing percentage

• Taking effective participation in placement.

• Guide mobilizers for the right candidate.

Profile of a desirable candidate 

• Experience in Retail Store Operations or Sales or Training

• Understanding of retail process, visual merchandising.

• Good Interpersonal Skills, Excellent communication and presentation skills.
