- Job Description: 3D Assets Creator Position: 3D Assets Creator Experience: 2 to 5 Years Location: Hybrid About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Assets Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in game optimization, 3D modeling, and a strong understanding of game engines and tools. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and artists to enhance game performance, improve asset efficiency, and ensure an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities: Optimize 3D assets for games, ensuring high performance and visual quality across various platforms. Collaborate with game developers and designers to integrate 3D models and assets into game engines. Identify and resolve performance issues related to assets, shaders, lighting, and other game elements. Create and refine 3D models using industry-standard tools, ensuring they meet performance and design specifications. Utilize tools such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, Unreal Engine, and Unity to streamline workflows and optimize game assets. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in game development and optimization. Qualifications: A bachelors degree or higher in fields such as Computer Graphics, Game Design, 3D Art and Animation, 3D Character Design, or a related discipline is highly encouraged. A portfolio demonstrating strong 3D modeling skills. Expertise in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, Autodesk 3DS Max, Cinema 4D, Modo, ZBrush, and Houdini. Proficiency in game engines such as Unreal Engine and Unity (including ProBuilder). Strong knowledge of optimization techniques for 3D assets, textures, and game performance. Excellent understanding of game design and development workflows. Familiarity with rendering techniques, shaders, and lighting optimization. Proven work experience as a 3D Modeler, Game Developer, or Game Optimization Specialist. A strong portfolio showcasing game optimization projects and 3D modeling expertise. Experience with 3D printing and 3D scanning is a plus. Understanding of digital sculpting tools is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
