Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications 1 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD Minimum of 1+ years of experience in building large-scale applications using open-source technologies. Design and coding skills with Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Scala, Java, Hive, HBase, Oozie, Data APIs, streaming and Map Reduce. Hands-on expertise with Spark/Scala or Spark/Java or Spark/Python. Experience with highly distributed, scalable, concurrent, and low latency systems. Experience with Agile methodologies. Work experience in improving the client experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong automation and customer mindset Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
