Job Description

Key Skills: Simulation of Power Electronics circuits using MATLAB, Simplorer or other simulation tools Knowledge of PCB components and its design. Selection of Topologies for DC/AC, DC/DC Converters Selection of Power Electronics components e.g. IGBT, chokes, capacitors, current sensor, etc. Technical Skills: Power Electronics Engineer with good experience in design calculations, circuit design and simulation Good experience for testing of Power Electronics products e.g. Drives, Inverters, Converters, Rectifiers, etc. Analog/digital circuit design, circuit simulation, component selection, PCB Design, etc. Job Role & Responsibilities: Simulation of power electronics circuits using simulation software e.g. MATLAB/Simplorer. Design calculations for power electronics products/components and power loss calculations. Selection of topologies or components for DC/AC, DC/DC, converter, rectifiers and SMPS design. Good knowledge about EMC requirements, EMC filter design and selection PCB level components selection, analog/digital circuit design and circuit simulation. Selection of filters e.g. Inductors and capacitors. Testing of power electronics circuits/components e.g. IGBT, Chokes, Capacitors, PCBs, etc. Good knowledge for preparation of engineering documents. e.g. all design documents, test specifications, test reports, design specifications, change management, design requisitions, etc. Good communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills Team Player Can work with less assistant,
