We're Hiring! AEM Specialist | 8-12 Years Experience | Bengaluru We are looking for an AEM Specialist to join a US-based product company on a permanent basis. If you have 8-12 years of experience and a passion for AEM, React, and Java, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 8-12 Years Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Key Responsibilities: Develop and support web-based applications in AEM, React, Java, and J2EE. Work closely with business teams to understand system requirements and propose solutions. Triage and manage production issues while ensuring technical debt resolution. Assist in deploying applications across Dev, QA, and Production environments. Conduct unit tests, peer code reviews, and maintain web applications. Mentor and guide team members in delivery processes and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) development. Strong knowledge of React, Java, J2EE for web applications. Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, and key AEM technologies (OSGi/Felix, Apache Sling, JCR, DAM, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments). Hands-on experience in developing AEM components using Java, React, REST, Maven, Eclipse, JSTL, Sling API. Familiarity with servlets, JSP, Oracle DB, SQL, Apache/JBoss, AJAX, jQuery. Understanding of CDNs, middleware integrations, load balancers, and search engines. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and UX design principles. Bachelors degree in Math/Computer Science or 6+ years of programming experience.
