Job Description
- Exp.:4-6yrs Location: Hyderabad Qualifications CCNA/CCNP Technical Knowledge The Post Holder Must Have Experience Of Working With Understanding of networking and IP telephony in a corporate environment (desirable) Good methodical diagnosis skills. Experience working with Firewalls, switches and routers, ideally Cisco(ESSENTIAL) Experience of working with other technical teams and technology experts. Experience Ability to assist with incident investigations through to timely resolution. Forward planning and ability to manage non-complex implementations. Excellent analytical & interpretive skills. Able to quickly identify potential problems and seek advice when required. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with other technical teams globally. Knowledge and experience in high performance enterprise class computing environments. Extensive hands-on experience in the implementation, infrastructure based services, including high availability, site security and disaster recovery. Sound understanding of IT service Industry, functions and skill requirements. Able to take a proactive approach without the need for supervision Team player, well-organised, well-presented with strong analysis and excellent communication skills. Good time management and able to prioritise multiple streams of work. Has a good appreciation of the wider field of IS outside his/her own area and has developed a good understanding of network architecture and techniques. Able to follow existing processes, and proactively suggest improvements to them where appropriate. Skills/other Complimentary knowledge of one of more of the following: Microsoft Windows Server, VMware ESX, Data Centre switches, load balancers, Cisco Wireless, Cisco Voice (Call Manager 9), WAN Acceleration, knowledge of Site-to-Site VPNs.
