Front-End Technologies: Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js. Back-End Frameworks: In-depth knowledge of Java back-end frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Apache Kafka. Database Management: Proficiency in both SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), including database design and optimization. DevOps Practices: Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD. Cloud Platforms: Knowledge with cloud services, particularly with providers like AWS, Azure. Microservices Architecture: Expertise in designing and implementing microservices architecture, including service orchestration and API gateways. High Availability and Scalability: Understanding of load balancing, clustering, and failover mechanisms, as well as designing systems for high availability and scalability. Security Best Practices: Knowledge of security principles, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding practices specific to Java applications. Technical Design Skills Software Architecture Design: Proficiency in designing software architectures, including creating UML diagrams, architectural patterns, and design documentation. Design Patterns: Strong understanding of design patterns and their application in building robust and scalable Java applications. System Integration: Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions, including RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and messaging systems (e.g., JMS). Performance Optimization: Skills in profiling and optimizing application performance, including memory management, garbage collection tuning, and concurrency handling. Code Quality and Reviews: Commitment to maintaining high code quality through code reviews, static analysis tools, and adherence to coding standards and best practices. Work Experience Should have an overall experience of 7 to 10 years with the immediate 3 years as a design lead role is a must. High-level analytical skills.
