Youll lead the technical design and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native B2B SaaS applications, driving innovation and optimizing system architecture. If you have experience scaling systems in growth scenarios (110 or 10100), youll be an excellent fit for our team. You will be responsible for: Designing and building scalable, high-performance backend systems Architecting backend using Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB Developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services Implementing microservices and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) Ensuring security, reliability, and scalability Mentoring junior developers and upholding coding standards Integrating with third-party SaaS applications Ideal Profile You have a degree in Computer Engineering from a top tier institute (IITs/NITs) as well as have at least 15 years in software development, with 5+ years in architecture You are an expert in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and microservices You have strong AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, OpenSearch) You have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and both relational & NoSQL databases Bonus: You are familiar with Ruby on Rails or Golang You bring strong problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration skills You have experience in Agile and CI/CD You are a team player and effectively collaborate with global stakeholders,
