- Job Description NET Engineering lead Company Description Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility to work partially remotely from Hyderabad, India as a .NET Engineering Lead for Chubb. In this role, you will lead the development of new features and maintain existing applications while working with various cross-functional teams. You will also drive the technical direction of the team by providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members and identifying areas for improvement. Qualifications Qualifications: Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, including but not limited to: .NET, .NET Framework, C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular. Working knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server, DB2, with experience in writing complex queries, creating/modifying stored procedures, functions, and views. Familiarity with reporting tools and technologies such as SSIS and SSRS. Proficiency in unit testing and functional testing frameworks such as JUnit or NUnit. Experience with object-relational mapping (ORM) frameworks such as Entity Framework and Hibernate. Understanding and experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies. Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or Jasmine. Experience in web development, preferably in the e-commerce or finance domain. Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, along with a good understanding of databases, caching, and message queues. Hands-on experience with both front-end and back-end development principles and best practices. Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture best practices, and code development principles. Knowledge of DevOps practices such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment using tools like Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, and Docker. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical design and perform impact analysis on existing systems. Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring teams is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with various cross-functional teams. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) principles and tools. Familiarity with load testing and performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling. Knowledge of code coverage analysis tools like SonarQube or JaCoCo. Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI. Familiarity with mocking frameworks like Mockito or Moq. Ability and openness to working with data analytics, leveraging data to gain insights and make data-driven decisions.,
