Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Odoo Consultant with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Odoo ERP solutions tailored to our clients" needs. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to deliver optimal results. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth business analysis to understand client requirements and align them with Odoo solutions. Design, configure, and implement Odoo modules to optimize business processes. Customize workflows, modules, and reports to meet unique client needs. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues related to Odoo functionalities. Support the integration of Odoo with third-party tools and platforms. Stay updated with the latest Odoo developments and features to enhance service delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 46 years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation and support. Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM. Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework for customization. Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into Odoo solutions. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Experience with data migration and third-party integrations in Odoo is a plus.
