Sr. PHP Dev Lead Job in Infraveo Technologies @ Uplers

Job Description

This is a remote position. Responsibilities: Lead the development team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Write back-end services and build efficient PHP modules. Develop and optimize web portals. Optimize databases for performance and scalability. Handle defect resolution and troubleshooting with a focus on root cause analysis. Integrate various data sources and APIs. Conduct application testing (Unit, Functional, Regression, etc.). Create and monitor AWS services and components, ensuring high availability and performance. Use Slack for team communication, adhering to USA Central Time Zone hours, and being available for impromptu discussions as needed. Collaborate with Business Analysts to define business requirements. Requirements At least 8 years experience as a Sr. PHP Dev Lead. Proven experience as a development lead, with a strong ability to mentor junior developers and manage a development team. Strong background in solution design, with the ability to architect scalable and efficient software solutions. Expertise in Laravel and its ecosystem. Extensive AWS experience, including but not limited to working with Lambdas, S3, RDS, and other AWS services, demonstrating a deep understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies. Solid understanding of MVC design patterns and application architecture. Proficiency in JavaScript and Vue.js. Experience with Git source control, Github, and Gitflow workflow. Familiarity with webhooks, MySQL, and relational database design/administration. Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Experience with AWS technologies and/or serverless architecture. Benefits Work from home 5 days a week work shift,
