- 5 - 7 Years 1 Opening Trivandrum Role description Loc: Trivandrum Exp : 3-7 Years Job Description We are looking for an experienced L2 Network and Security Engineer skilled in managing and troubleshooting network and security devices, including Wi-Fi access points, switches, routers, and firewalls. The role requires expertise in technologies from Arista, Juniper, and Palo Alto (SD-WAN) to ensure seamless network operations, security compliance, and reliable infrastructure Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in network and security device management Key Responsibilities * Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices, including Wi-Fi access points, switches, routers, and firewalls from Arista, Juniper, and Palo Alto (SD-WAN). Resolve connectivity issues and ensure optimal performance of SD-WAN solutions. Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure reliability and security. Provide Level 2 support for network-related incidents, change requests, and configurations. Collaborate with ISPs and vendors for issue resolution and technical escalations. Ensure security compliance and enforce policies on firewalls and other network devices. Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures. Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and managing Arista, Juniper, and Palo Alto SD-WAN solutions. Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and best security practices. Certifications: CCNA certification is mandatory. Additional certifications (e.g., CCNP, Palo Alto certifications) are highly preferred.
