- Job description : We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & 3D Animator to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong graphic design skills with the ability to create captivating 3D animations for a variety of digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing visually stunning graphics, branding materials, and 3D animations for websites, marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital media. Your work will play a key role in bringing our clients" ideas to life and enhancing their brand presence across digital channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Graphic Design: Design high-quality visual assets for websites, social media, digital ads, presentations, brochures, and more. Create brand identities, logos, and marketing materials that align with clients business goals and target audiences. Develop compelling visuals and layouts for both print and digital media while ensuring brand consistency. Work with typography, color schemes, and imagery to create visually striking graphics. 2. 3D Animation & Modeling: Create realistic and engaging 3D animations for websites, digital ads, and product visualizations. Develop 3D models, textures, and animations for dynamic and interactive web content, including icons, buttons, and website transitions. Work on animation for promotional videos, explainer videos, and product demos that enhance user engagement. Collaborate with web developers to integrate animations seamlessly into websites, ensuring a smooth user experience. 3. Motion Graphics: Use tools like Adobe After Effects to create motion graphics for marketing videos, social media campaigns, and website elements. Design and animate dynamic visuals such as logo animations, transition effects, and video intros/outros. Create visual effects and transitions that enhance user interaction and website navigation. 4. Collaboration & Feedback: Collaborate with web designers, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of graphic designs and animations. Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to iterate and refine designs and animations based on project needs. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative direction of projects. 5. Optimization & Performance: Ensure that all designs and animations are optimized for web performance and compatibility across different devices and browsers. Optimize animation files, 3D assets, and graphics for fast load times and responsive website design. 6. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Communicate design concepts, animation progress, and project timelines effectively to clients and team members. Understand and incorporate client feedback to meet their visual and functional requirements. 7. Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software tools to deliver cutting-edge visuals. Experiment with new tools and approaches to improve your design and animation process. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with 3D animation skills, or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic design, 3D animations, and motion graphics. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and 3D animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other motion graphics software for creating dynamic, engaging animations. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles with a focus on digital platforms. Experience in creating web-optimized designs and animations that are responsive and compatible across various devices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus, especially for integrating animations into web platforms.
