Job Description The Financial Analyst is a key member in the Controllership Ops COE team. This role will require to work on various controllership ops processes but will focus majorly to develop new tools & maintain and enhance existing tools and applications for optimum data and process efficiency across Controllership functions. This role reports to the Senior Manager for Controllership Ops CoE and will functionally collaborate closely with other Controllership COE vertical heads to build and develop tools and dashboard for their respective functions. Essential Functions: Enable Automated Self-Service Reporting: Empower leadership with self-service BI to track KPIs and steer business decision-making through insight-based, forward-looking dashboards. Harmonize data sources from multiple systems in different formats. Identify and implement automation opportunities on existing processes. Work closely with the CIT teams to build automated tools to eliminate manual processes. Maintain effective data operations in Python / PowerBI for reporting and control processes. Champion Process Excellence and Data Governance: Shape and steer internal procedures, setting the benchmark for best practices in data, reporting and analytics Identify potential operations risk areas and propose data governance and process controls for robust error detection and prevention This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Qualifications Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or equivalent, with 5+ years of experience in a data-driven role Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerQuery, experience with using Python in a data-driven environment Demonstrated experience in designing and building dashboards for a broad audience in Power BI Proficient in data analytics Analyzing voluminous data, designing and optimizing data processing pipelines, and aggregating multiple data sources Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy Additional Information ,
