Job Description : - Overall experience of 10-14 years - Technically strong lead able to manage 8 to 10 member team - Extensive experience in design and architecture - Expert in coding & issue resolution - Prior experience - working in DevOps environment - Stakeholder Management - Product development experience (at least 2 years) - Overall experience - 10 years + - Hands-on experience in reactjs - Strong knowledge of Javascript - Experience in designing and architecting web applications using CSS and HTML5 - Provide technical leadership to all the development squads in terms of design, reusability, performance, and implementing best practices - Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and automated testing frameworks. - Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, debugging and root cause analysis as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Review tech deliverables of the team and guide/coach team on best practices Job Location- Pune/Bangalore,
