Inviting applications for the role of Manager Advanced analytics In this role, the resource will be responsible for rapid simulation and understanding of existing applications and technical environment, to convert business requirements into detailed functional requirements and build a solution framework. We build solutions that demonstrate outstanding design for our clients and their customers. And this is your opportunity to be part of a team that is building positive impact on the world by crafting solutions that people love and making difference in peoples lives Responsibilities Build sophisticated and large-scale datasets to be used for statistical modeling, data mining and visualization. Develop ETL pipelines to move data from source systems (CRM, weblogs, etc.) into data lake (HDFS, S3 etc.). Perform data manipulation, wrangling, cleansing Identify potential improvements and make both tactical and strategic changes to the current design/processes. Participate in multiple project discussions as a senior member of the team while taking responsibility and ownership of components/processes within the team. Serve as a coach/mentor for junior analysts. Qualifications Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience involving quantitative data analysis to solve problems Hands on python development experience is a must Specialist in SQL & other programming languages Expert with statistical software (R/Stata/SAS/Matlab) Must have exposure to working on visualization tools such as Tableau Preferred qualifications Possess a combination of relevant certifications and demonstrable experience within the organization.
