One of the Largest Broking Houses in India is hiring - Client Activation - Assistant Manager Reporting to: Executive Vice President Support Region teams / BP to increase the adoption of Online Platform (Mobile App / Web) Manage the activities through SPOC / digital communication, Training & Support Co-ordinations with SPOCs and monitoring their performance in terms of online user activation & contribution. Training arranged across all India Branches/BP Team through Zoom & Concall (Dealer, BM & RM) Monitoring QRC report / Guidance Call, and according to plan training and guidance to SPOCs. Try to reduce query/issues Route cause analysis of repeated query /issues received at the online support desk and providing permanent solutions for the same Regular Competitor's Feature analysis Provide various reports to Spocs that will help improve the online platform usage/ Provide Mobile app feedback /Suggestions received from various verticals,
