Greetings ! 

We are looking for FRESHERS / experience candidates for E-commerce customer support voice & Non-Voice process job. (Immediate Hire) 

Handle calls from customers and provide them with a solution to their queries. Giving a resolution to the customers should be the whole and sole responsibility.

The executive will be only single point contact for customers, so the below skills are a must.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Willing to work for rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Ready to join immediately 

Walk-In Location- Tech Mahindra, Satyam Jn, Beside Bullayya College, Visakhapatnam 530013

Walk-In Time : 10:30 to 2 PM

Role & responsibilities:

• Empathy towards the customer
• Problem Solving Skills
• Excellent Communication skills

Minimum Edu 12th/Graduation Education should be completed.

Rotational shift (should be comfortable with night shift) will be there.

Good Communication Skills in English

Only one side cab given for night shift 

Job Type: Permanent 

Pay: 1.7LPA for freshers
