Reso is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer, for its office at Gurugram, India. We are seeking talented, motivated, and intellectually curious individuals to join our new & dynamic Data Analytics & AI team. In this role, you will be pivotal in leveraging latest Large Language Models (LLMs) technologies and AI frameworks to deliver innovative products and solutions. This position is part of our innovative Data Analytics & AI function, representing our commitment to delivering advanced, AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Generative AI products, including RAG, and AI Agentic workflow frameworks to enhance our research capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI applications into client solutions. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and machine learning technologies. Design and optimize algorithms to improve the performance and efficiency of AI systems. Communicate complex AI concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: A Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience in machine learning and Generative AI technologies. Proficient in backend development for integrating AI models into production systems. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI Agentic workflows and other AI frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences. Desirable: Experience in working with large datasets and cloud computing platforms like Microsoft Azure Experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI Experience in Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AG2 (AutoGen) Why Join Reso Innovative Environment: Be part of a growing tech team and build new, cutting-edge solutions.
