Position : Team Lead - PHP Laravel Developer Experience Required : 10+ Years Location : Kochi Are you an experienced PHP Laravel Developer with a passion for leadership and scalable web applications This is your chance to lead a talented team and contribute to building cutting-edge : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of skilled PHP developers. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Design and develop robust and scalable web applications using PHP Laravel and MySQL. Implement microservices architecture using Docker and Kubernetes. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, QA) to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Participate in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices. Research and evaluate new technologies and tools. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development : 10+ years of experience in PHP development with strong expertise in Laravel framework. Proficiency in MySQL database design and development. Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and API design principles. Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure as code).
