Job Description
SUMMARY:
As a Team Lead , you will be an integral part of Aranca's Operations team, and would be responsible for entering, analyzing, processing and reviewing of financial reporting and performance data and information with utmost accuracy, in addition to assuming client and team management responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce work within specified turnaround times.
- Processing the financial information and business/operational data with utmost accuracy.
- Maintaining quality and confidentiality while working on client data.
- Ensure that all the guidelines are followed while processing work to protect clients, colleagues and the business interests of the company. Review team's work on a regular basis.
- Hands on experience working on the project.
- Workflow Management. Maintenance of relevant record / logs / timesheet as required by management and for MIS purposes.
- Achievement of individual performance measures as outlined and targets set within performance appraisal as agreed with the project manager.
- Have periodical discussions with the client on project execution.
Required Candidate profile
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in dealing/communicating with global clients.
- Good excel and presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience of leading a large team.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Any Graduate or Post-graduate. Preferably a B.Com or a Master's degree.
- 2-6 years of experience in the financial services industry would be preferred.
- Awareness of financial statements reporting (especially US) will be preferred.
