Ensuring demand quality and timely closure (reviewing each SO) 6. Internal and External Fulfilment with WFM Core teams and Recruitment teams help 7. Ensuring skills and profiles are updated timely 8. Leveraging Train and Deploy Model 9. Drive Productive use of Bench 10. Unit level MIS reporting on bench, overheads, utilization and Reviews with Unit Head 11.Resource Management 12. Basic Project Management and Order to Cash Lifecycle 13. Good understanding of Recruitment Lifecycle and Talent Pools 14. Tools/Packages: 15. Worksheets/Reporting Tools like MS Excel - Pivots/VLOOKUPs/Macros/Graphs 16. ERP packages like PeopleSoft (HR or Financial Module) (good to have) 17. ATS tools like Hirecraft/Tallint/Taleo (good to have) 18. Awareness of Cloud / Infrastructure Management Services (good to have) 19.Self Managed and Disciplined to close tasks timely 20. Ownership and drive to take actions to closure with business 21. Analytical and Quantitative Ability 22. Problem Solving Ability 23. Excellent Attention to Details 24.
