Job Description

Experience : 5 + years Location: Noida / Gurugram Proactively monitor availability and performance of the client application and infrastructure using key tools effectively and quickly respond to monitoring alerts, incident tickets, and email requests coming to us/team Perform infrastructure, application and web site troubleshooting to quickly resolve the issues Escalate issues as needed to Product Engineering / Client teams Handling communication and notification on major site issues to the management team Document resolution run books and standard operating procedures Works on incidents, analyzes application issues/logs , does impact analysis and post-incident reviews Participates and provides feedback during design discussions Experience with build automation and CICD Work towards the reduction of toil on a day-to-day basis through automation of repeated jobs , develops tools to improve efficiency , enhances the knowledge base Handles/manages projects Ready to work in shifts Contract 1. Hands-on Cloud experience on AWS, Azure 2. Understanding of 3-tier production architecture 3. Linux OS administration, Support, Performance optimizations, Troubleshooting, Security and hardening of OS 4. Tomcat, Websphere, JBoss 5. Apache, Nginx, Jetty, Node.js Webserver 6. Scripting (bash, groovy, perl, python etc.) 7. Java applications troubleshooting and deployments 8. Good knowledge of CI-CD, Azure DevOps, Git 9. Hands-on experience Jenkins and Octopus Deploy 10. Alfresco CMS 11. Hands-on experience on CloudFront / Cloudflare / Akamai / CDN 12. Hands-on experience on working with Web Application Firewall, Security Certificates, SSL 13. Strong concepts of Infrastructure, Networking, VMs, VPN, Subnets, Gateways, DNS, Active Directory 14. Good knowledge and experience in SRE 15. Hands-on with monitoring tools like Datadog, NewRelic, Site24x7, Pingdom, AppDynamics 16. Knowledge of databases share resume: hidden_email,
