Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities Take ownership of the engineering deliveries, including implementation of product (includes mobile app, web app & Saas tenant configurations) and product enhancements Ensure on-time delivery of software features and implementations to the Partner Success Team Lead and mentor a team of talented developers and QA engineers Estimation, progress tracking and monitoring, release planning Solve complex technical challenges Hands-on coding/troubleshooting to guide developers/QA Build a culture of innovation and automation Improve QA processes with focus on quality and efficiency Ensure process and compliance with SDLC SOPs Manage application support to meet support SLAs Work closely with the DevOps team to plan upgrade activities. Competency building and professional development of the development team. Requirements 10+ Years of experience 3+ years as Dev Lead / Engineering Manager Excellent communication and stakeholder management Hands-on coding experience is a must. Technology agnostic approach to solving engineering problems Experience of cloud based SAAS deployments (AWS preferred) Successful track record of product delivery - Start-up experience is ideal but not required Nice To Have Tech stack experience - React.js, react-native mobile app development Experience with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO27001, ISO13485 Experience with Healthcare Information Systems (ref:hirist.tech),
