Job Description

Role & responsibilities Location: Mumbai Job Function: Digital signage deployment and installations Company/Industry: Digital Signage, DOOH   Job Description: Set-up Digital Displays: includes, Active LEDs, TV panels, Touch panels and other devices across India. Must have a good knowledge of different types of display screens, software applications set-up among others. Must be able to handle the logistics of shipping and installing the screens pan-India. Ensure issue redressal by tele-calling team and regular submission of reports as per SOPs.

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing deployment and fulfilment of screens and applications
• Ensuring the uptime of every digital screen and player
• Content management of all licenses
• Supervising support desks on key business accounts
• Ensuring timely grievance redressal by support team
• Ensuring content uploads on devices as per request from clients
• Liaison with Tech team to report issues pertaining to system backend and improvement
• End to end deployment of screens with the software / installation process
Education: Minimum Qualification Graduate with advanced knowledge of MS Office Joining: Candidates who can join in 15-30 days
