Job Description

Job role- Customer Buddy (IT Customer Support) Experience required-6 months -2 Years Location - Manesar, Gurgaon Working Days- 5 Days Shift- Rotational Cab Facility- Available Qualification Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Role & Responsibility Troubleshoot and resolve basic network-related issues such as connectivity problems, packet loss, and latency for end-users. Provide first-level support, responding to user queries and offering troubleshooting steps and solutions in a timely manner. Assist with the initial setup and basic configuration of network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls, for both customers and internal users. Serve as the primary point of contact, keeping users informed about technical issues, solutions, and progress. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and understandable way. Monitor network performance to identify potential issues before they affect end-users.
