About the team
We are seeking a results-driven and highly accomplished Senior HR Professional with over 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate will specialize in Industrial Relations, Labour Relations, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement, and have proven expertise in leading HR operations for large-scale manufacturing and FMCG organizations.
Your Profile
- Lead HR operations, ensuring strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and people development initiatives.
- Manage manpower availability, skill consistency, statutory compliance, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
- Oversee long-term settlements and improve workforce diversity ratios.
- Utilize data-driven HR decision-making to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Communicate and liaise effectively to manage complex industrial relations scenarios and ensure 100% statutory compliance.
- Develop and enforce company-wide security protocols, including physical and cyber security.
- Manage payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely salary distribution, tax compliance, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Coordinate employee welfare initiatives, including wellness programs and team-building activities.
- Implement effective employee engagement strategies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
Your Profile
- Expertise in Labour Codes, Industrial Relations, and Performance Management Systems.
- Proven track record of employee engagement, attrition reduction, and improving organizational culture.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing HR teams and mentoring professionals.
- Skilled in executing training programs, succession planning, and aligning HR functions with corporate strategy.
- Over 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
- Extensive experience in managing HR operations for large-scale manufacturing and FMCG organizations.
- Strong background in statutory compliance, employee relations, and labor law compliance and proficient in data-driven HR decision-making.
