- Job Description Qualification : Work experience in an IT Support Engineering role. 3-4 years of experience in leading and managing support team. Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to deal with users. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic printer, networking related issues. Hands on experience in using IT Support Help Desk tools like Fresh service, Service Now etc. Hands on experience in managing 1000+ Assets with Asset management tool. Knowledge of remote access systems such as Any desk, TeamViewer, SCCM, RDC etc. Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows/Mac OS. Hands on experience in configuring and managing a Microsoft Azure Active Directory environment. Hands on experience in configuring and managing firewall, wifi routers, switches and access points. Knowledge on Azure AD, Azure Cloud, End point security, cloud concepts etc Knowledge on Microsoft Modern Workplace, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, O365, SharePoint, OneDrive, VC Devices/ Strong customer service skills and follow ITIL framework. Strong verbal communication & problem-solving skills Able to work in fast-paced environment. Professional Traits Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution. Ability to work with minimal supervision, independently and / or as a member of a team. Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate. Responsibilities Handling IT tickets raised by users through Freshservice Helpdesk tool. Onboarding & Offboarding, install and configure computer systems and applications within the company. Troubleshooting MDM/ MAM Related issues. Asset Onboarding and Management through Asset Management tool Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Set clear team goals. Drafting and submitting reports to superiors and other key individuals. Delegate tasks and set deadlines. Oversee day-to-day operation. Monitor team performance and report on metrics. Motivate team members. Discover training needs and provide coaching. Listen to team members" feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
