Our solution integrates seamlessly with existing enterprise systems, allowing organizations to scale their operations without proportionally increasing headcount or costs. Responsibilities Frontend (React, Next.js, Micro Frontend) Develop and maintain a micro frontend architecture using React and Next.js. Build modular, high-performance, and scalable UI components. Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and smooth user experience. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adhere to best UX/UI practices. Work closely with designers and product managers to deliver a seamless frontend experience. Backend (Python, NestJS, Databases, APIs, Integrations) Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Python and NestJS. Design and implement scalable APIs and handle third-party integrations. Work with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, and ChromaDB for efficient data storage and retrieval. Implement caching and performance optimizations using Redis. Ensure backend security, scalability, and performance optimization. DevOps & Deployment Deploy and manage services using Docker and cloud technologies. Handle CI/CD pipelines and basic server configurations. Monitor and optimize system performance. Requirements 3+ years of experience in full stack development. Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and micro frontend architecture. Experience with Python and NestJS for backend development. Experience with AI/ML model integration. Proficiency in MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, and ChromaDB. Exposure to server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG). Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and integrations. Basic understanding of Docker and cloud deployment. Familiarity with state management (Redux, Recoil, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of tasks. Bonus Skills Knowledge of GraphQL. Familiarity with event-driven architectures.,
