Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to FinTech applications. Design and implement new features, enhancements, and functionality for our WordPress website. Optimize websites for performance, scalability, security, and compliance with financial industry standards. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to bring FinTech-specific website concepts to life. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing WordPress sites as needed, with a focus on maintaining security and compliance. Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferable code. Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility. Stay up-to-date with the latest FinTech and web development trends and technologies. Requirements: Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio, ideally within the FinTech industry. Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Strong experience with PHP and MySQL, particularly in FinTech applications. Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other API integration techniques, especially those relevant to financial services. Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles. Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, etc. Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with WooCommerce or other FinTech-related eCommerce platforms. Knowledge of WordPress multisite networks. Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, Beaver Builder, or Divi. Familiarity with deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes. Background in FinTech, with an understanding of financial products, compliance, and security standards.,
