Job Description
- Release manager experience: 6 to 12 yrs location: Trivandrum, Kerala Immediate joiners preferred * Strong Release Manager experience with DEVOPS exposure(Preferrable) As a member of the Environments and Implementation team you will engage with the delivery streams across Allianz Holdings to understand their individual environmental requirements and to devise an environmental usage approach that provides the best solution for all with consideration to environment availability, technical complexity, licence/cost constraints. Understand how complex environment stacks are integrated and be able to amend stack component configuration as necessary. Take ownership of investigation and resolution of environmental issues, engaging with infrastructure, delivery and business teams across Allianz Holdings as necessary. Planning and orchestrating the production implementation of complex technical deliveries and management of any issues arising, utilising the insights provided by working with the development and testing teams as they progress a delivery through the non-production environments. Identifying environmental / process issues and managing the application of improvements via process/tooling/automation as appropriate. Actively participate in technical roadmap sessions, tooling, service, methodologies, etc. to ensure the team is consistently at the forefront of changes to systems topography and efficient management processes. The applicant should ideally have a background in IT Delivery from a development / testing / design perspective and have an understanding of IT architecture, networks, security, DevOps, Agile, service management. Job Description Experience using Git, Azure Portal, AKS, Jenkins, Mulesoft, Dynatrace, Confluence, Jira, Splunk, ServiceNow would also be beneficial. Knowledge of commercial and personal lines insurance and experience of Guidewire PolicyCenter / ClaimsCenter a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed problem-solving ability are essential.
