Job Title: Product Designer Executive Location: Andheri (E) Mumbai Salary: 3.00-3.60 LPA Experience: 1-3 years Job Overview: We are looking for a creative Product Designer Executive to develop innovative plastic packaging solutions. You will be responsible for designing functional, cost-effective, and sustainable packaging while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Design & Development: Create and refine plastic packaging designs, ensuring functionality and aesthetics. Develop 3D models and prototypes. Material & Process Selection: Choose suitable materials and manufacturing processes. Promote sustainable design practices. Collaboration: Work with R&D, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability and customer satisfaction. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure designs meet industry standards and customer specifications. Cost Management: Ensure designs are cost-effective, considering materials and production costs. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure packaging meets relevant industry regulations and standards. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in packaging design (plastics preferred). Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Understanding of plastic molding and sustainable materials. Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
