Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WordPress Full Stack Developer with over 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating custom WordPress themes and plugins, optimizing website performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Customize WordPress Websites: Build custom WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements. Customize existing themes and plugins to meet client needs. Front-End Development: Implement responsive designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. Back-End Development: Develop and maintain the back-end infrastructure, including database management, API integrations, and server-side logic. Performance Optimization: Optimize website performance by implementing caching, minimizing load times, and ensuring efficient code practices. Security Implementation: Implement security best practices to protect websites from vulnerabilities and threats. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to maintain website functionality and performance. Version Control: Utilize Git for version control and collaboration with the development team. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap and JavaScript libraries such as jQuery. Proficiency in creating and customizing WordPress themes and plugins. Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. Tools and Platforms: Familiarity with version control systems (Git), and development tools such as npm, Gulp, or Webpack. Optimization Skills: Experience in performance optimization techniques, including caching, CDN usage, and image optimization. Security Awareness: Understanding of WordPress security best practices and common vulnerabilities. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with WooCommerce or other WordPress eCommerce solutions. Knowledge of SEO best practices. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies. Experience in deploying and managing WordPress sites on various hosting environments.
