Job Title : Sr. Full Stack Developer Location : On-Site, Hyderabad Job Type : Full-Time About The Company Beacon is a technology-driven company committed to delivering innovative software solutions to our clients. We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic team, who is adept in API development, database management, and translating business requirements into robust tech solutions. Responsibilities Develop, deploy, and maintain backend services using JavaScript and frameworks like Node.js. Design and implement APIs for internal and external use, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and maintainable. Model and manage both SQL and NoSQL databases, optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement data integration across projects across different databases and systems. Maintain and enhance existing software solutions, optimizing performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews, maintain version control, and adhere to best practices in security and data protection. Work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of strong expertise in JavaScript, React JS and particularly in backend development with Node.js. Experience in API development, documentation, and integration with solid understanding of RESTful services. Proficiency in both SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases. Proven ability to analyze and implement business requirements into functional software. Knowledge of security practices related to API and database management. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
