We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Developer and Functional Engineer to assist with the implementation, customization, and optimization of our ERPNext system. You will be responsible for both the technical development and functional aspects of the ERPNext system, ensuring it aligns with business processes and requirements. Your role will involve working closely with our business teams to understand their needs, as well as developing, configuring, and maintaining the ERPNext platform. Key Responsibilities: ERPNext Development & Customization: Customize ERPNext modules according to business needs (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, etc.). Develop and implement custom scripts, apps, and integrations to improve functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERPNext. Regularly update and maintain the ERPNext system to ensure optimal performance. Functional Engineering & Process Mapping: Work with functional teams to understand their requirements and translate them into ERPNext functionalities. Configure workflows, business processes, and reporting structures within ERPNext. Document and optimize business processes, ensuring they are aligned with the ERPNext platform. Provide training and support to users on ERPNext functionality and features. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) to identify areas for improvement and process automation. Assist in data migration, system integration, and system upgrades. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and the deployment process. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience working with ERPNext, including configuration, customization, and implementation. Strong knowledge of ERPNext modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Accounting, etc. Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for scripting and customization in ERPNext. Strong understanding of business processes and how they map to ERP systems. Hands-on experience with Frappe Framework is a plus. Familiarity with database management and experience with MySQL or MariaDB. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERPNext version upgrades and integration with third-party applications. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) for ERPNext deployment.
