About the role: Proven experience as a SAFe Scrum Master or in a similar leadership role in a large-scale, complex environment. Deep understanding of SAFe principles and practices. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Experience in the PLM domain is desirable. Ability to work effectively in a global, distributed environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience in transitioning teams and organizations from traditional waterfall methodologies and silos to Agile. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Version Control systems We dont need superheroes, just super minds. Experience Duration: 5 to10 Years as Scrum Master SAFe Scrum Master certification SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification Experience with DevOps practices and tools Technical background in software development Experience working in a regulated industry Weve got quite a lot to offer.
